Since Asta Mart acts as a discovery platform only and does not handle payment processing or account transfers, we cannot issue refunds for account purchases.

All disputes regarding payment, account recovery, or invalid credentials must be resolved directly with the seller.

However, we can help:

• If a seller is found to be scamming, provide evidence to our Support team
• We will investigate and ban fraudulent sellers from the platform
• We remove their listings immediately
• We ban their IP and hardware ID to protect future buyers

To avoid refund situations altogether, follow these best practices:

• ✅ Request a video call or screen share with the seller
• ✅ Verify account rank, skins, and email access BEFORE paying
• ✅ Use secure payment methods (UPI, Bank Transfer, Escrow)
• ✅ Get written confirmation of all account details
• ✅ Never send money without proof of ownership
• ✅ Check seller reputation and reviews beforehand

To provide a secure and functional marketplace, we collect the following information:

• 📧 Email Addresses - For account creation and communication
• 👤 Profile Information - Name, Discord/WhatsApp for seller listings
• 🎮 Riot Games Data - Rank, skins, agents (via Riot API)
• 🌐 Technical Data - IP addresses, browser info, device identifiers
• 💬 Communication Data - Messages between buyers and sellers
• 📸 Account Images - Screenshots and proof documents

Optional Information: You may voluntarily provide additional details in your listing description.

Your data is used exclusively for:

We do NOT: Sell personal data to third-party advertisers or marketing companies.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and 90 days after account deletion for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

• Temporary OTP codes - Deleted immediately after verification
• Session tokens - Deleted when you log out
• Communication history - Can be deleted upon request
• Account data - Deleted 90 days after account closure

What happens when you delete your account:

• ✓ Your profile is hidden from public view
• ✓ Personal data deleted within 24-48 hours
• ✓ You cannot recover your account after deletion
• ✓ Historical transaction data retained for 90 days for compliance

Note: Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. Please ensure you are certain before requesting deletion.

Asta Mart is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a child under 13 has registered, we will delete their account and all associated data immediately.

We may update this Privacy & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Asta Mart means you accept the new policy.
